We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative – Client Experience Manager to join our growing team. Responsibilities

  • Explain the company’s products and services clearly, highlighting key features and benefits to customers.
  • Listen actively to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, and provide timely, effective solutions.
  • Resolve complaints professionally, ensuring each interaction ends with a positive outcome and satisfied customer.
  • Maintain courteous, clear, and friendly communication across phone, email, chat, and social media channels.
  • Make customers feel comfortable and valued, creating a welcoming experience that encourages loyalty.
  • Document all customer interactions, questions, and complaints accurately in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers on unresolved issues, ensuring that problems are fully addressed and closed.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and technical support teams to relay customer feedback and drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify recurring issues and propose process enhancements to reduce future complaints.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (D3 preferred).
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language proficiency is a plus.
  • Demonstrated problem‑solving abilities and a proactive attitude toward issue resolution.
  • Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM platforms.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also handling individual responsibilities.
  • High level of attention to detail, accountability, and reliability.
  • Open to working Monday through Saturday, 08:30 – 17:30.
