We are currently seeking a Professional Goods Delivery Driver to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in ensuring that employees and parcels reach their destinations safely, on time, and with a professional demeanor that reflects our brand values.
Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver employees to client sites, ensuring adherence to scheduled times and proper documentation of each trip.
- Transport goods, packages, and documents between company branches, customers, and vendors while maintaining a high level of care for the cargo.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections, monitor fluid levels, tire pressure, and overall mechanical health to prevent breakdowns.
- Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle inside and out, including routine washing and interior vacuuming.
- Assist security personnel in managing parking areas, directing traffic flow, and ensuring the safety of both vehicles and pedestrians.
- Guide visitors and guests within the office premises during standby periods, providing courteous assistance without operating the vehicle.
- Complete accurate mileage logs, fuel receipts, and incident reports as required by company policy.
- Communicate proactively with dispatchers and supervisors regarding route changes, traffic conditions, or any delays.
- Adhere to all local traffic regulations, company safety protocols, and environmental standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates only, as per current operational policy.
- At least 1 year of professional driving experience, preferably in a corporate or logistics setting.
- Valid Indonesian SIM A with a clean driving record.
- Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles confidently.
- Excellent vision and depth perception to safely navigate urban and rural roads.
- Strong interpersonal skills: friendly, patient, and able to represent the company positively to clients and visitors.
- Basic proficiency with communication tools (mobile phone, GPS, radio) to receive assignments and report status.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
