Responsibilities

  • Prepare, format, and proofread routine business documents such as reports, presentations, memos, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and preparing simple financial summaries for the finance team.
  • Serve as a point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a courteous and professional first impression of the organization.
  • Support HR functions by maintaining employee records, scheduling interviews, and handling onboarding paperwork.
  • Monitor office supplies inventory, place orders, and liaise with vendors to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline workflows, identify process improvements, and implement best practices.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
