Operating Monday through Friday, 08:00 – 17:00, you will travel within your assigned area, build strong relationships, and deliver tailored support that aligns with our mission of inclusive development. Responsibilities
- Visit and mentor women in low‑income households across the designated region, offering personalized business coaching and financial guidance.
- Conduct group and one‑on‑one training sessions on basic bookkeeping, budgeting, disciplined savings, and loan repayment strategies.
- Facilitate access to micro‑loans through a group‑lending model that does not require collateral, ensuring timely disbursement and monitoring of funds.
- Assess each client’s unique needs, develop actionable plans, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, progress reports, and financial transactions using Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Collaborate with local partners, community leaders, and government agencies to expand outreach and enhance program visibility.
- Identify opportunities for additional services such as skill‑building workshops, market linkage assistance, and digital financial tools.
- Provide timely feedback to management on program performance, challenges, and success stories.
Requirements
- Gender: Female
- Age: 18 – 33 years
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3 or S1 is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable engaging with diverse community members.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and solve problems with a detail‑oriented approach.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting and data management.
- Passion for social development, financial inclusion, and women’s empowerment.
