Introduction

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in the furniture industry. This role is ideal for a proactive, results‑driven professional who thrives on building strong client relationships and exceeding sales targets. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional service to both new and existing customers.

The position is open to male candidates of any age who possess at least a high school diploma, with a preference for those holding an associate or bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Fresh graduates with the right attitude and a strong desire to learn are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new sales opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients, architects, interior designers, and distributors to generate repeat business.
  • Craft and present compelling product demonstrations and proposals that address client needs and showcase the unique value of our furniture collections.
  • Design and execute effective sales strategies, including pricing, promotions, and territory planning, to meet or surpass monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and delivery schedules while ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, design, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and timely delivery.
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights for product development and positioning.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts for senior management review.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and represent the brand at trade shows, industry exhibitions, and community events.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in the furniture or interior décor sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decision‑makers at all organizational levels.
  • Strong negotiation capabilities and a track record of closing high‑value deals.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, manage multiple accounts simultaneously, and consistently achieve targets.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as within a team environment.
  • Own a reliable vehicle and a valid driving license (SIM A/C) – this is highly preferred.
  • Educational background of at least a D3 or S1 in any field; fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome.
  • Analytical mindset with skills in competitor analysis, market trend assessment, and sales data interpretation.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
