Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Laptop Associate to join our retail team at Mall Living World Kota Wisata – Cibubur. This full‑time position offers the chance to work in a high‑traffic shopping destination, engage with technology‑savvy customers, and contribute directly to the growth of our laptop and IT product portfolio. The role is based in Cibubur, with an initial training period in West Jakarta.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and profit goals for laptop and related IT accessories.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing outlet, ensuring product displays are up‑to‑date and stocked.
- Identify customer needs through active listening, product demonstrations, and consultative selling techniques.
- Provide accurate, courteous, and timely information about product specifications, warranty options, and financing plans.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service in line with the brand’s service protocols, fostering repeat business and referrals.
- Handle point‑of‑sale transactions, process returns, and manage inventory reconciliation at the end of each shift.
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to set up promotional displays and seasonal campaigns.
- Participate in regular product training sessions to stay current on the latest laptop technologies, operating systems, and peripheral devices.
- Report sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to the store manager.
- Uphold safety and security standards, including loss prevention and proper handling of electronic devices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; no active higher‑education enrollment.
- At least 2 years of proven sales experience in the IT or laptop sector.
- Male candidates only, as specified by the client.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
- Demonstrated discipline, reliability, and the capacity to work under pressure in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to take initiative, and a passion for technology.
- Physically and mentally fit, capable of standing for extended periods and handling product demos.
- Professional appearance, energetic personality, and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Residency near Cibubur or willingness to relocate to the Mall Living World Kota Wisata area.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, Monday through Sunday, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
