Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive lesson plans for Pancasila and Kewarganegaraan that align with national curriculum standards.
- Incorporate interactive teaching tools, multimedia resources, and digital platforms to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
- Assess student performance through quizzes, assignments, projects, and examinations, providing constructive feedback and individualized support.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to create interdisciplinary projects that connect civic education with history, social studies, and language arts.
- Organize extracurricular activities such as debates, community service projects, and cultural events that promote civic awareness.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and curriculum development in accordance with institutional policies.
- Participate in regular faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and curriculum review sessions.
- Stay updated on educational trends, policy changes, and emerging technologies that can be leveraged in the classroom.
- Foster a respectful, inclusive, and safe learning environment that encourages critical thinking and open dialogue.
- Engage with parents and guardians through meetings, newsletters, and progress reports to support student growth.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Education, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Open to all genders; diversity and inclusivity are highly valued.
- Preferably 0‑2 years of teaching experience; fresh graduates with strong academic performance are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and, preferably, English.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- High commitment to the educational mission, integrity, and professional ethics.
- Proficiency in using educational technology tools (e.g., learning management systems, interactive whiteboards, online assessment platforms).
- Strong organizational skills, discipline, and a proactive attitude toward classroom management.

- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
