Our leading salon is seeking a Professional Hairstylist with proven experience to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, delivering top‑tier hair styling, cutting, coloring, and consultation services to a diverse clientele.
Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, highlights, perming, and straightening while adhering to the latest industry trends.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand individual preferences, hair health, and lifestyle, providing personalized recommendations for hairstyles and hair care routines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation, complying with all health and safety regulations and salon sanitation protocols.
- Stay updated on emerging techniques, product launches, and fashion trends through continuous training and industry events.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients by delivering consistent, high‑quality results and exceptional customer service.
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies, tracking product usage, and ensuring that all tools are properly maintained.
- Collaborate with fellow stylists, reception staff, and management to create a cohesive and supportive team atmosphere.
- Promote salon services and retail products through upselling and cross‑selling strategies, contributing to overall revenue growth.
- Provide mentorship to junior staff or apprentices, sharing expertise and best practices.
- Document client preferences, service history, and any special considerations in the salon’s booking system.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Female candidates only, as per salon’s client demographic focus.
- At least 0 years of professional salon experience (entry‑level candidates with strong foundational skills are welcome).
- Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in hair consultation, cutting, coloring, and finishing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays, while maintaining punctuality.
