Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated Helper Operasional Gudang dan Logistik to join our dynamic team in Yogyakarta. This full‑time position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods from inbound deliveries to outbound shipments, supporting our fast‑growing food & beverage (F&B) operations. The ideal candidate is a motivated, honest, and detail‑oriented woman who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to develop a career in warehouse and logistics management.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments of raw materials, packaging, and finished products.
  • Accurately record inventory movements using the company’s warehouse management system (WMS) and maintain up‑to‑date stock levels.
  • Pick, pack, and label orders for distribution to restaurants, retail outlets, and other customer locations.
  • Assist in loading and unloading trucks, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
  • Organize warehouse aisles and storage locations following FIFO (first‑in‑first‑out) and other best‑practice SOPs.
  • Perform routine cycle counts and support periodic physical inventory audits.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse, including proper signage and hazard reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with the procurement, production, and sales teams to synchronize supply‑chain activities.
  • Provide basic technical support for equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and barcode scanners.
  • Contribute ideas for process improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and lower operational costs.

Requirements

  • Gender: Female (WANITA).
  • Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Not currently enrolled in school or university.
  • Age: Open to candidates who meet the company’s internal criteria.
  • Preferred experience in restaurants, F&B, or hospitality logistics; culinary school graduates are a plus.
  • Strong personal attributes: honesty, quick learning ability, friendliness, discipline, and politeness.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Residency or willingness to work in Yogyakarta (JOGJA).
  • Unmarried candidates are given preference, reflecting current workforce planning.
  • Basic technical support skills for warehouse equipment and software.
