Introduction
Telkomsel, the leading telecommunications provider in Indonesia, is seeking a dynamic Representative Advokasi Penjualan to join our sales advocacy team in Padang. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth while upholding the highest standards of compliance and customer service. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to both existing and prospective customers, ensuring that Telkomsel’s product portfolio is presented accurately and that every interaction aligns with our strategic sales targets.
Working Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, you will collaborate closely with regional leaders, coordinators, and support teams to resolve issues, streamline processes, and deliver an exceptional experience for our subscribers.
Responsibilities
- Understand and internalize monthly and quarterly sales targets, developing personal action plans that align with company‑wide objectives.
- Advocate for customers by providing accurate product consultations, answering inquiries, and tailoring solutions to meet individual needs.
- Maintain strict compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and regulatory guidelines, ensuring that every transaction is transparent and auditable.
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics, proactively addressing concerns to sustain high Net Promoter Scores (NPS) for Telkomsel.
- Assist customers who require services beyond traditional sales, coordinating with internal departments to guarantee seamless support.
- During peak service periods (e.g., GraPARI service surges), help de‑congest queues, manage high‑volume customer flow, and provide timely resolutions.
- Escalate complex product or sales issues to the Team Leader, SAR Coordinator, CCO Supervisor, or Regional Team as appropriate, ensuring swift problem resolution.
- Document all sales activities, client interactions, and follow‑up actions in the CRM system with precision and attention to detail.
- Participate in regular training sessions, product launches, and market briefings to stay current with Telkomsel’s evolving portfolio.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements, share best practices with peers, and mentor junior team members when needed.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (all majors) with a GPA of at least 3.00.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related customer‑facing role.
- Strong business communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and service skills; a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Analytical mindset, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high quality.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with telco industry software is a plus.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and peak periods, especially during high‑traffic service windows.
