Introduction
The Retail Success Executive – QRIS Soundbox Sales is a dynamic, client‑focused role designed to drive merchant acquisition and expand the adoption of QRIS, EDC, and Point‑of‑Sale (POS) solutions across the local market. As a key member of our sales team, you will act as the bridge between our technology offerings and the retail ecosystem, ensuring that merchants experience seamless payment integration and superior service. Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new merchant accounts by leveraging existing networks and conducting market research.
- Conduct on‑site visits and product demonstrations of QRIS Soundbox devices, highlighting benefits such as faster transactions, lower fees, and enhanced security.
- Develop and present tailored sales proposals that address the specific needs of each merchant, including integration with existing POS systems.
- Maintain a robust pipeline in the CRM system, tracking leads, follow‑ups, and conversion metrics.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing structures, and service agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Provide post‑sale support, including onboarding, training, and troubleshooting to guarantee merchant satisfaction and long‑term retention.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to relay market feedback and help shape future product enhancements.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards for senior management.
- Travel frequently across the region to attend trade shows, merchant events, and on‑site client meetings, representing the brand professionally.
- Continuously update knowledge of QRIS regulations, payment industry trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, preferably within QRIS, EDC, or POS solutions.
- Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing a portfolio of local merchants.
- Strong network and database of retail contacts in the target region.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust quickly.
- High level of motivation, work ethic, and dedication to meeting sales targets.
- Flexibility to travel frequently, including weekends, for field assignments.
- Proficiency in sales administration tools and basic CRM software.
