Responsibilities
- Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities against packing lists, and report any discrepancies.
- Unload pallets, boxes, and containers using manual handling techniques or equipment such as hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Inspect goods for damage, record condition, and label items for proper storage.
- Store products in designated locations following the warehouse layout and inventory system.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications, ensuring correct items, quantities, and packaging.
- Prepare shipping documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, and customs paperwork when applicable.
- Load outbound trucks, secure cargo, and coordinate with drivers to confirm loading schedules.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard‑free work environment by adhering to safety protocols and conducting routine inspections.
- Assist in periodic inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation activities.
- Support the logistics team with data entry, reporting, and communication with suppliers and internal departments.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 20–30 years old.
- Open to all genders; a professional and presentable appearance is required.
- Honest, disciplined, and highly responsible attitude.
- No prior experience is mandatory, but a willingness to learn and adapt quickly is essential.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service handling is a plus.
- Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 kg repeatedly.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Team‑player mindset with the capacity to work independently when needed.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety standards (e.g., PPE usage, fire safety, emergency exits).
