Responsibilities

- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of company offerings, promotions, and policy changes to deliver consistent messaging.
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and facilitating follow‑up actions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including sales, logistics, and technical support—to resolve complex issues.
- Manage high‑volume call and foot traffic while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and proactively suggest improvements to processes and services.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and communication skills.
- Adhere to company standards for service quality, attendance, and workplace safety.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

- Prior experience in customer service, retail, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Indonesian; additional language proficiency is a plus.

- Proficiency with basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, including occasional overtime during peak periods.
