Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Retail Store Associate – Customer Service Specialist to join our fast‑growing retail team. This full‑time position is based in a high‑traffic store environment and offers the chance to develop both front‑line sales expertise and digital marketing skills across platforms such as Shopee and TikTok Shop. The ideal candidate is a courteous, honest, and responsible male aged between 18 and 30, with at least a high school diploma (SMA/SMK or equivalent). Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations that drive sales.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout, including shelving, displays, and promotional signage.
- Process transactions accurately using point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, handle cash, and issue receipts.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves, and coordinate with the back‑office team for replenishment.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Assist in the execution of in‑store promotions, seasonal sales events, and loyalty programs.
- Utilize digital marketing tools to manage the store’s presence on Shopee and TikTok Shop, including product uploads, price updates, and promotional campaigns.
- Analyze online sales data to identify trends, recommend adjustments, and improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content (photos, videos, captions) that showcases products effectively.
- Adhere to company policies regarding attendance, dress code, safety, and store security.
Requirements
- Male candidate, age 18‑30 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal skills: polite, friendly, and able to communicate clearly with diverse customers.
- High degree of honesty, reliability, and accountability.
- Basic experience with digital commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok Shop) is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work a regular schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
- Team‑player mindset with a willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities.
