Introduction

To maintain our high standards and support our rapid growth, we are seeking a dedicated Spesialis Produksi dan Kualitas Roti (Bread Production & Quality Specialist) to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and bake a variety of bread products according to standardized recipes, ensuring consistency in taste, texture, and appearance.
  • Conduct daily quality inspections of raw materials, in‑process dough, and finished loaves, documenting any deviations and implementing corrective actions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to HACCP and local food safety regulations.
  • Monitor equipment performance, perform routine maintenance, and report any malfunctions to the production manager.
  • Manage inventory of flour, yeast, additives, and packaging materials, coordinating with the purchasing department to prevent shortages.
  • Collaborate with the research & development team to test new formulas, incorporate customer feedback, and improve product lines.
  • Train junior staff on proper dough handling, baking techniques, and quality control procedures.
  • Prepare production reports, including output volume, waste percentages, and quality metrics for senior management review.
  • Assist in scheduling shift work, ensuring that staffing levels meet production targets from Monday through Saturday.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by suggesting process optimizations and cost‑saving initiatives.

Requirements

  • Gender: Female (as specified by the employer).
  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: Up to 30 years old (maximum 0 years of experience required, allowing fresh graduates to apply).
  • Physical health: Must be physically fit and possess good mental stamina to handle the fast‑paced bakery environment.
  • Professional appearance: Clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
  • Core soft skills: Honesty, quick thinking, strong work ethic, responsibility, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Availability: Full‑time commitment, Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
  • Basic baking knowledge: Understanding of dough fermentation, proofing, and baking processes is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus.
