Introduction
We are looking for a diligent and customer‑focused Kasir Penjualan Toko Ritel to join our growing retail team. As a frontline associate, you will be the face of the store, handling transactions, providing exceptional service, and ensuring a smooth flow of daily operations. Responsibilities
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system efficiently, processing cash, credit, debit, and electronic payments accurately.
- Verify product prices, apply discounts, and handle returns or exchanges in accordance with store policy.
- Maintain a tidy checkout area, restock bags and receipt paper, and ensure the cash drawer is balanced at the start and end of each shift.
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance to customers, answering product queries and guiding them to appropriate merchandise.
- Monitor inventory levels at the register, alerting supervisors to low‑stock items or potential shrinkage.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation, deposit preparation, and security checks.
- Participate in regular training sessions on new promotions, product launches, and updated POS features.
- Collaborate with teammates across departments to maintain a seamless shopping experience, especially during peak hours and promotional events.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and store compliance standards, including proper handling of cash and confidential customer information.
- Flexibly work assigned shifts, including both daytime and nighttime schedules, Monday through Saturday.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- All genders are welcome to apply.
- Age between 18 and 28 years.
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or any cash handling role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work both day and night shifts, with a schedule of Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00 or equivalent night shift.
- Proficiency with basic computer operations and familiarity with POS or cashier systems (Sistem Kasir).
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail for accurate cash management.
- Excellent communication skills, a courteous demeanor, and a customer‑service mindset.
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
