We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Kepala Operasional Regional Manado to lead our logistics operations in the thriving North Sulawesi market. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse and transportation activities, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Lead, mentor, and schedule a team of shift supervisors, drivers, and warehouse staff to maximize productivity.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) that streamline loading, unloading, and dispatch processes.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on‑time delivery, order accuracy, and inventory turnover, and take corrective action when targets are not met.
- Coordinate with the procurement, sales, and customer service departments to align operational capacity with market demand.
- Handle escalations and resolve operational issues quickly, minimizing disruptions to the supply chain.
- Prepare regular operational reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and local government requirements.
- Identify and recommend investments in equipment, technology, or process enhancements to boost efficiency.
- Maintain strong relationships with carriers, vendors, and local authorities to support seamless logistics operations.
Requirements
- Male candidate, residing in Manado or willing to relocate.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Head of Operations, Shift Lead, or similar role within the logistics sector.
- Demonstrated ability to manage operational teams and coordinate complex shipment processes.
- Strong decision‑making skills, especially under pressure or when resolving operational bottlenecks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing both internal teams and external partners.
- Strategic leadership qualities with a focus on continuous improvement and cost‑efficiency.
- Availability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and logistics management software is a plus.
