The ideal candidate will be the face of our virtual events, guiding viewers through product showcases, interactive sessions, and promotional broadcasts. The position is full‑time, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, offering a vibrant work environment where creativity and professionalism are celebrated.
Responsibilities
- Plan, rehearse, and host live streaming sessions for a variety of online events, including product launches, sales promotions, and community gatherings.
- Coordinate with the marketing, sales, and technical teams to ensure smooth execution of each broadcast, including script preparation, visual assets, and timing.
- Engage viewers in real‑time by answering comments, moderating Q&A segments, and encouraging audience participation.
- Demonstrate products or services clearly and persuasively, highlighting key features, pricing, and special offers.
- Monitor streaming quality, troubleshoot technical issues on the fly, and report any recurring problems to the IT department.
- Maintain a professional and energetic on‑camera presence, adhering to brand voice and company guidelines.
- Collect post‑event analytics, such as viewer numbers, engagement rates, and conversion metrics, and present insights to stakeholders.
- Continuously update knowledge of online shopping trends, social media algorithms, and emerging livestream platforms.
- Assist in creating promotional teasers and post‑event highlight reels for repurposing across social channels.
Requirements

- Maximum age of 35 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of online shop operations, e‑commerce terminology, and digital payment systems.
