Responsibilities
- Receive inbound shipments, verify quantities against purchase orders, and record discrepancies.
- Unload pallets, crates, and boxes using hand trucks or pallet jacks while adhering to safety protocols.
- Organize and stock items on shelves or racking systems, applying proper labeling and placement strategies to maximize space utilization.
- Prepare outbound orders by picking, packing, and labeling items for delivery or store replenishment.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and update inventory management software to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Inspect goods for damage, report defects to supervisors, and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse floor, aisles, and loading docks to prevent accidents.
- Assist teammates with special projects such as seasonal inventory audits, promotional stock setups, or equipment maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, procurement staff, and delivery drivers to ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in daily safety briefings and follow all company health‑and‑safety guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA) or vocational equivalent (SMK).
