Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Kitchen Staff to join our fast‑growing restaurant family in the bustling districts of Cipondoh and Karang Tengah. This full‑time position operates on a Monday‑to‑Saturday schedule, from 08:00 to 17:00, providing a stable routine for candidates who thrive in a dynamic culinary environment. As a member of our kitchen team, you will play a critical role in delivering high‑quality meals, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and supporting the overall efficiency of the back‑of‑house operations.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and portion ingredients according to standardized recipes, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, ovens, and food processors safely and efficiently.
  • Assist chefs and line cooks with plating, garnishing, and final food assembly during peak service periods.
  • Monitor inventory levels, label stock, and notify supervisors of low supplies to prevent interruptions.
  • Maintain strict hygiene standards by cleaning workstations, utensils, and kitchen surfaces throughout the shift.
  • Adhere to food safety regulations, including proper storage temperatures, cross‑contamination prevention, and allergen handling.
  • Support waste‑reduction initiatives by accurately measuring portions and recycling appropriate materials.
  • Collaborate closely with fellow kitchen staff, communicating any issues promptly to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Participate in routine equipment checks and report any malfunctions for timely maintenance.
  • Demonstrate a proactive attitude by suggesting process improvements and helping train new team members.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age limit: maximum 24 years at the time of hiring.
  • Open to all gender identities; both male and female applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • No prior experience required, though any exposure to a kitchen environment is a plus.
  • Ability to operate basic kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a willingness to learn.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads (up to 20 kg).
  • Willingness to be assigned to either the Cipondoh or Karang Tengah branch.
