Introduction
We are seeking a diligent Kolektor Lapangan (Area Banjarnagara) to join our field collection team immediately. This role is vital for ensuring timely recovery of overdue vehicle financing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers across the Banjarnagara region. The successful candidate will work on a six‑day schedule, handling daily visit lists, conducting collections, and coordinating with internal departments to close each case efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Receive and review the daily list of customer visits assigned to the Banjarnagara area.
- Conduct on‑site visits to customers with overdue vehicle loans, focusing on buckets ranging from 1 to 60 days past due.
- Negotiate repayment plans, collect cash or arrange for the retrieval of the financed vehicle in accordance with company policy.
- Prepare and hand over collected funds to the bank teller, ensuring accurate documentation of each transaction.
- Deliver retrieved vehicle units to the warehouse, accompanied by all required supporting paperwork (e.g., collection receipt, vehicle condition report, customer acknowledgment).
- Maintain detailed daily activity reports, noting successful collections, obstacles encountered, and any follow‑up actions needed.
- Communicate any challenges—such as inaccessible locations, safety concerns, or customer disputes—to the supervisor promptly.
- Collaborate with the credit, legal, and logistics teams to streamline the collection process and improve recovery rates.
- Adhere to company compliance standards, data privacy regulations, and safety protocols during all field operations.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: No upper age limit; candidates of any age are encouraged to apply.
- Gender: Male candidates only, as per the operational requirements of this position.
- Experience: No prior collection experience required; fresh graduates with a strong work ethic are welcome.
- Key Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation abilities.
- Basic numeracy for handling cash and documenting transactions.
- Ability to navigate the Banjarnagara area confidently, using GPS or local knowledge.
- Strong organizational skills for managing daily visit schedules and reports.
- Professional demeanor and respect for customer confidentiality.
- Availability: Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
