Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated Staf Dapur Operasional dan Kebersihan to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, efficient, and safe kitchen environment while supporting daily food preparation activities. The successful candidate will work closely with chefs, kitchen assistants, and service staff to ensure that all operational standards are met, and that the kitchen runs smoothly during our busy service hours.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of traditional dishes, following standardized recipes and portion controls.
  • Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards across all kitchen workstations, storage areas, and equipment.
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces before, during, and after service.
  • Monitor and control the inventory of spices, condiments, and basic ingredients, ensuring proper labeling and rotation.
  • Support the kitchen team by transporting food items, utensils, and supplies as needed.
  • Follow all safety protocols, including proper handling of knives, hot equipment, and cleaning chemicals.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the kitchen supervisor immediately.
  • Participate in regular training sessions on food safety, quality control, and waste reduction.
  • Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by communicating effectively and respecting coworkers.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: Up to 28 years old.
