Responsibilities
- Conduct systematic inspections of incoming raw fabrics and finished garments to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
- Monitor production processes on the shop floor, identifying any deviations and implementing corrective actions promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of quality checks, production output, and any non‑conformities using the store’s management system.
- Supervise opening and closing procedures of the store each day, guaranteeing that all operational checklists are completed.
- Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers, answering product queries, and resolving issues with a focus on satisfaction.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is replenished in a timely manner.
- Train and mentor junior staff on quality inspection techniques, proper handling of textiles, and effective customer interaction.
- Work closely with the production manager to schedule work shifts, allocate resources, and meet daily production targets.
- Respond efficiently to high‑pressure situations, such as urgent order fulfillment or unexpected quality failures.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators, quality trends, and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Maximum 30 years.
