Introduction
PT BCA Finance is seeking a motivated Konsultan Akun Lapangan to join our growing team at the Kendari branch. This field‑account consultant will play a critical role in maintaining healthy customer relationships while ensuring timely repayment of overdue accounts. The position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with a passion for field work, strong communication skills, and a keen analytical mindset.
Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outreach to customers whose payments have passed the due date, using both telephone calls and on‑site visits.
- Observe and document customer circumstances, analyze payment patterns, and propose feasible repayment plans.
- Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with borrowers, balancing collection goals with customer satisfaction.
- Prepare detailed reports on collection activities, outcomes, and any escalations required.
- Collaborate with internal teams—such as credit, legal, and operations—to ensure compliance with BCA Finance policies and relevant regulations.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in Indonesia’s personal finance and lending industry, including changes to the Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27/2022).
- Utilize critical thinking and logical problem‑solving to address complex payment disputes and negotiate mutually agreeable solutions.
- Adhere to the standard working schedule of Monday‑Friday, 08:30 – 17:30, and represent the company positively during all field interactions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 or S1 in any field with a GPA of at least 2.50.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Male candidates only; gender requirement is stipulated by the client.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
- Critical and logical thinking abilities to assess risk and devise payment strategies.
- Valid SIM C and ownership of a personal motorcycle for field mobility.
- Residence in Kendari or surrounding areas, with willingness to be stationed at the BCA Finance Kendari branch.
- Commitment to comply with the Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27/2022) and related regulations.
