Introduction
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Crew Store Warujeng – Tim Penjualan team. As a front‑line store associate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers while upholding the brand’s reputation for quality and service. This full‑time position is based at our Warujeng outlet and follows a Monday‑to‑Saturday schedule, 8:00 AM‑5:00 PM.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system accurately, handling cash, credit, and digital payments while ensuring transaction integrity.
- Maintain store presentation standards by organizing merchandise, restocking shelves, and ensuring visual displays are appealing and up‑to‑date.
- Conduct regular inventory checks, report discrepancies, and assist in stock replenishment to avoid out‑of‑stock situations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly, escalating complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets, daily, weekly, and monthly bonus thresholds.
- Follow store safety and hygiene protocols, including regular cleaning of work areas and adherence to health guidelines.
- Participate in weekly team meetings, training sessions, and store audits to continuously improve performance.
- Uphold the store’s brand values by presenting a neat, professional appearance and demonstrating a positive attitude at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK/MA or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Age range: 18‑25 years (flexible for exceptional candidates).

- Strong personal integrity – honesty, discipline, trustworthiness, and a sense of responsibility.
