Responsibilities
- Load, secure, and transport goods using a personal motorcycle, adhering to all safety protocols and company standards.
- Deliver packages to designated addresses across Padang, Sawahlunto, and Koto VII, ensuring timely arrival and accurate handling.
- Conduct pre‑delivery inspections of orders to verify completeness, correct labeling, and proper packaging.
- Perform post‑delivery checks, confirming receipt signatures, noting any discrepancies, and updating the delivery status in the system.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of items from the motorcycle, using proper lifting techniques to prevent damage to goods or injury to self.
- Maintain a daily delivery log, recording mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents that occur during the route.
- Report delivery outcomes, customer feedback, and any issues (e.g., traffic delays, vehicle problems) to the operations manager promptly.
- Keep the motorcycle in excellent mechanical condition, performing routine checks on tires, brakes, lights, and fluid levels.
- Utilize a smartphone with Android OS (minimum 3 GB RAM) to navigate routes, capture digital signatures, and communicate with dispatch.
- Uphold the company’s reputation by demonstrating courteous behavior, professionalism, and a strong sense of responsibility toward customers and colleagues.
Requirements
- Own a well‑maintained motorcycle in good working order.
- Possess a valid and active SIM C (motorcycle driver’s license).
- Age between 18 and 45 years.
- Reside in the designated service area or be willing to relocate as needed.
- Own an Android smartphone with at least 3 GB of RAM for route planning and reporting.
- Education: Open to all educational backgrounds; high school diploma preferred but not mandatory.

- Key skills: Basic knowledge of traffic regulations, strong time‑management, ability to read maps or GPS, and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Soft skills: Reliability, honesty, good communication, problem‑solving aptitude, and the ability to work independently while staying aligned with team goals.
- Work schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
