This on‑site coordinator will be based in Solo, overseeing daily field operations, ensuring that project milestones are met, and maintaining clear communication among all stakeholders. Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site supervision and provide clear direction to field teams, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
- Coordinate and verify the quality of completed work with subcontractors, clients, and internal managers.
- Monitor daily targets, track progress against the project schedule, and proactively address any deviations.
- Assume full accountability for the successful completion of assigned work packages, from planning through execution.
- Maintain accurate attendance records, perform daily roll‑calls, and generate comprehensive attendance reports for each work location.
- Allocate and mobilize labor resources in accordance with the project’s fluctuating demands, ensuring optimal crew size and skill mix.
- Prepare daily and weekly summary reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, and resource utilization.
- Facilitate effective communication between the project office and field teams, relaying updates, change orders, and client feedback promptly.
- Identify potential risks on site, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure that corrective actions are implemented without delay.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 35 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Work Experience: At least 1 year of experience in field coordination, site supervision, or a related construction role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in 3D Max for visualizing site layouts and strong analytical abilities for assessing resource availability.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, problem‑solving, and time‑management abilities.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to work on construction sites, including standing for long periods and navigating uneven terrain.
- Availability: Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
