Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Therapist Kesehatan Mental dan Rehabilitasi to join our growing wellness team. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive mental‑health and rehabilitation services to clients ranging from adolescents to adults. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, highly motivated, and eager to develop professional skills through our extensive training program. The position operates on a full‑time schedule, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, offering a supportive environment where personal growth and client outcomes are the top priorities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients experiencing mental‑health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress‑related disorders.
- Provide evidence‑based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive‑behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and reflective therapy sessions.
- Facilitate group therapy and rehabilitation workshops that promote peer support, coping strategies, and skill‑building.
- Monitor client progress through regular documentation, outcome measurement tools, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including physicians, physiotherapists, and social workers—to ensure holistic care delivery.
- Educate clients and their families about mental‑health best practices, self‑care routines, and community resources.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in accordance with national health regulations.
- Participate in ongoing professional development, case reviews, and supervision meetings.
- Contribute to the creation of educational materials, newsletters, and outreach programs that raise awareness about mental‑health and rehabilitation services.
- Assist in the evaluation and improvement of clinic protocols to enhance service quality and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (additional certifications in counseling or therapy are a plus).
- Gender: Female candidates only.
- Age: Must be 35 years old or younger at the time of application.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; fresh graduates with a passion for mental‑health are encouraged to apply.
- Core Skills: Ability to perform therapeutic reflection (Terapis Refleksi), active listening, empathy, and strong communication.
- Personal attributes: High level of emotional intelligence, resilience, teamwork orientation, and a willingness to learn.
- Availability to work six days a week (Monday‑Saturday) during the stipulated hours.
