Responsibilities
- Load, secure, and transport parcels, documents, and small freight using a personal motorcycle, ensuring items are handled with care.
- Plan efficient routes using GPS or mobile applications to meet delivery deadlines while minimizing fuel consumption.
- Inspect the motorcycle daily for mechanical issues, perform basic maintenance, and report any problems to the operations team.
- Review each order before departure and verify delivery completion afterward to guarantee accuracy and quality.
- Assist with loading and unloading items at the point of pickup and delivery, especially when handling heavier or multiple packages.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, record mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents, then submit reports to the dispatch supervisor.
- Provide excellent customer service by confirming receipt of goods, obtaining signatures when required, and addressing minor inquiries.
- Handle return shipments or undeliverable items according to company policies, ensuring proper documentation.
- Communicate promptly with the dispatch center regarding traffic, weather, or any obstacles that may affect delivery schedules.
- Uphold company standards for safety, professionalism, and confidentiality of all shipped materials.
Requirements
- Education: Open to candidates of all educational levels; a high school diploma is preferred but not mandatory.
- Age: Minimum 18 years, maximum 45 years.
- Gender: All genders are welcome to apply.
- Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM C) with an active status.
- Own a well‑maintained motorcycle in good mechanical condition.
- Possess an Android smartphone with at least 3 GB RAM for navigation and reporting apps.
