Responsibilities
- Adhere to the store’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure smooth and consistent daily operations.
- Greet, assist, and serve customers with professionalism, addressing inquiries, processing transactions, and offering product recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including shelf stocking, product displays, and fitting‑room tidiness.
- Handle cash registers and point‑of‑sale (POS) systems accurately, ensuring proper cash handling and reconciliation at shift end.
- Prepare and submit daily sales and activity reports, documenting key metrics such as transaction volume, customer feedback, and inventory movements.
- Monitor stock levels, report low inventory, and assist with receiving and unpacking deliveries.
- Support promotional activities, including setting up signage, arranging product bundles, and participating in in‑store events.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve customer issues quickly and maintain a positive shopping experience.
- Observe and enforce health and safety standards, ensuring the store environment is safe for both customers and staff.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA), vocational school (SMK), or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑25 years old, with a preference for candidates under 25.
- Gender: Female candidates only, as the role aligns with our current staffing strategy.
- No current enrollment in any educational program or university studies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic numeracy and ability to operate cash registers and POS equipment.
- Attention to detail, especially in maintaining store cleanliness and accurate reporting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings (09:00 – 21:00).
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team‑oriented mindset.
