We are seeking a dynamic Leader Tim Operasional dan Pengembangan Proyek to drive sales growth and operational excellence in our fast‑moving retail environment. Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and evaluate a team of sales associates, providing coaching and performance feedback on a regular basis.
- Develop and implement monthly sales strategies that align with corporate objectives and market trends.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales volume, conversion rates, and average transaction value.
- Oversee visual merchandising, ensuring store displays remain attractive, up‑to‑date, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, promptly addressing feedback, inquiries, and complaints with professionalism.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Manage inventory levels, coordinate with logistics, and ensure stock availability for high‑demand items.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommended actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and retail standards.
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training of new team members.
Requirements
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Age: Maximum 28 years.
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent; diploma (D3) or bachelor’s degree (S1) preferred.
- Work Experience: At least 1‑2 years in marketing or sales, preferably within the electronic accessories or retail sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive sales targets.
- Demonstrated experience in team management, motivation, and performance evaluation.
- Analytical mindset with the capability to develop data‑driven sales strategies.
- Detail‑oriented, honest, and highly reliable.
- Knowledge of food and beverage management is a plus.
