Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Officer Marketing & Verification to join our dynamic team in Situbonda, East Java. This role is pivotal in expanding our market presence by building strong relationships with dealers and customers, promoting a portfolio of multiple products, and conducting thorough feasibility analyses for prospective clients. The successful candidate will thrive in a target‑driven environment, possess excellent communication skills, and be ready to contribute to the growth of a fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) and automotive parts distributor operating across the region.
Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with third‑party partners, including dealers, distributors, and end‑customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Present, negotiate, and close sales of a diversified product line, tailoring proposals to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and on‑site surveys to assess the creditworthiness and purchasing potential of new customers.
- Prepare detailed reports and forecasts for senior management, highlighting sales trends, potential risks, and opportunities for product expansion.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional campaigns, product launches, and in‑store activation events that drive brand awareness.
- Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics, providing actionable insights to adjust pricing, positioning, and sales strategies.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Utilize a personal motorbike and a valid SIM C to travel across the Situbondo region for client visits, product demonstrations, and territory coverage.
Requirements
- Maximum age of 28 years.
- Minimum education: D3/D4 or a bachelor’s degree (any field) from an accredited institution.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in sales, marketing, or a related field; experience in multi‑product sales is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade diverse stakeholders.
- Highly motivated, target‑oriented, and comfortable working under pressure to meet performance goals.
- Dynamic, proactive, and capable of working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Possession of a motorbike and a valid SIM C license for regional travel.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make informed recommendations.
