Responsibilities
- Load, transport, and deliver parcels using a personal motorbike, adhering to traffic regulations and Shopee Xpress safety standards.
- Conduct a thorough pre‑delivery check of each order to verify package integrity, correct address, and required documentation.
- Perform post‑delivery verification, confirming receipt by the customer and noting any exceptions or damages.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of goods from the motorcycle, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Maintain accurate daily logs of delivered, pending, and returned items, and submit timely reports through the company’s mobile app.
- Utilize Google Maps and other navigation tools on an Android device (minimum 4 GB RAM) to optimize routes, reduce delivery time, and improve fuel efficiency.
- Communicate proactively with the dispatch team regarding traffic conditions, delivery issues, or vehicle maintenance needs.
- Uphold a professional appearance and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers, representing Shopee Xpress’s brand values.
- Participate in periodic training sessions on customer service, safety protocols, and the use of new logistics technology.
Requirements
- Valid Indonesian identity card (KTP) and an active SIM C driver’s license.
- Own a well‑maintained motorbike that meets Shopee Xpress safety specifications.
- Own an Android smartphone with at least 4 GB of RAM to run the delivery application.
- Education: Open to all educational levels; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
