You will work closely with the warehouse, administration, and customer support teams to coordinate deliveries, resolve issues, and uphold our high standards of safety and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Safeguard the security, completeness, and condition of electronic items during transport.
- Ensure punctual delivery according to the schedule, meeting or exceeding defined service level agreements.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain the motorbike in optimal, road‑worthy condition.
- Protect customer data and transaction details, adhering to confidentiality policies.
- Communicate proactively with the warehouse and admin teams to provide real‑time status updates.
- Prepare accurate and detailed delivery reports, including proof of delivery, mileage, and any incident notes.
- Follow all occupational safety protocols and comply with traffic regulations throughout each route.
- Promote the company’s reputation by delivering courteous, professional, and customer‑focused service.
- Plan and optimize delivery routes using Google Maps or similar navigation apps to reduce travel time and fuel consumption.
- Assist in occasional on‑site installations or product hand‑overs when required by customers.
Requirements
- Male, maximum age 35 years (though all genders are welcome to apply).
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent; SMA/SMK preferred.
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a courier, preferably handling electronic goods.
- Valid SIM C license; possession of SIM A is considered an advantage.
- Proficient in using Google Maps, Waze, or other navigation tools for route planning.
- Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and a strong sense of accountability.
- Ability to work under strict delivery targets and handle field pressure efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with warehouse staff, administrators, and customers.
- Basic understanding of health‑conscious practices to ensure personal safety during long rides.
- Physical fitness to handle loading and unloading of parcels safely.
