Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Admin Bisnis Channeling to join our dynamic team in Singkawang, West Kalimantan. This position plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our Business Channeling partners and the credit processing unit, ensuring that every loan application is accurately captured, evaluated, and communicated. The successful candidate will work closely with sales, underwriting, and field operations to maintain a seamless flow of information, supporting our mission to provide accessible financing solutions across Indonesia.
Responsibilities
- Follow up on inbound orders generated through Business Channeling sources, ensuring timely acknowledgment and entry into the system.
- Collect, verify, and upload complete consumer data and financing object details into the ACCTION platform, maintaining data integrity and compliance.
- Input orders received via the dicicilaja portal, cross‑checking against RAC (Risk Assessment Committee) results or consumer grading before processing.
- Conduct preliminary credit checks, evaluate eligibility based on internal scoring models, and prepare dossiers for senior underwriting review.
- Communicate credit approval or rejection outcomes to applicants promptly, delivering clear explanations and next‑step instructions.
- Coordinate the dispatch of survey orders to the Service Operations Center (SOC) and liaise with the Sales & Home Credit (SHC) team on active consumer cases.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date customer records, performing regular data audits to identify and rectify inconsistencies.
- Support the preparation of periodic reports on order volume, processing times, and conversion rates for management review.
- Assist in troubleshooting system issues, providing feedback to IT for enhancements that improve workflow efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 30 years old or younger.
- At least 1 year of relevant administrative or credit processing experience, preferably in a financial services or fintech environment.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, data entry software, and familiarity with credit management systems such as ACCTION.
- Strong attention to detail, high level of integrity, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret credit grades, risk assessments, and make informed recommendations.
- Organizational abilities to manage multiple orders simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
- Team player attitude with a proactive approach to problem‑solving and continuous process improvement.
