We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Leader Kitchen Operations to oversee the daily activities of our culinary team. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all kitchen staff, including chefs, line cooks, and support personnel, to ensure smooth and timely food preparation.
- Develop daily production schedules, monitor inventory levels, and manage ordering of raw materials to minimize waste and control costs.
- Implement and enforce strict food safety and sanitation protocols in compliance with local health regulations.
- Train new hires on proper equipment operation, recipe execution, and kitchen workflow, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Collaborate with the menu development team to introduce new dishes, adjust recipes for cost efficiency, and ensure consistency across all service periods.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and motivate the team to achieve operational excellence.
- Handle high‑pressure situations such as peak service times, special events, and unexpected staffing shortages while maintaining composure and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of production reports, waste logs, and equipment maintenance records.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is operated safely and efficiently, performing routine checks and coordinating repairs when necessary.
- Promote a collaborative work environment by encouraging open communication, respecting diverse perspectives, and resolving conflicts promptly.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; culinary certification is a plus.

- Prior experience in a kitchen leadership or supervisory role, preferably within a high‑volume restaurant, hotel, or catering operation.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively relay instructions and feedback.

- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with occasional overtime during special events.
