The trainee will work closely with the Agency team and the Non‑Dealer Financing (NDF) Car unit to develop and execute market‑driven strategies that drive booking growth, expand our dealer network, and enhance customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic booking plans aligned with branch performance targets and corporate policies.
- Conduct detailed area mapping to identify high‑potential markets, supporting field activities of the Agency team, including recruitment and retention of Business Associates (BA).
- Monitor and evaluate the execution of strategic initiatives, providing coaching and support to NDF Car team members to ensure optimal performance.
- Coordinate cross‑functional efforts with internal units, branch managers, and external partners to achieve set sales and financing targets.
- Prepare regular performance reports, presenting insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Participate in customer outreach programs, product presentations, and promotional events to increase brand awareness.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of automotive financing products, regulatory changes, and competitive market trends.
- Travel to various PT BFI Finance branches as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to diverse regional markets.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any discipline; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical and planning abilities with a data‑driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven problem‑solving capabilities and a proactive attitude toward challenges.
- Valid driving licenses (SIM A & C) and the ability to operate both cars and motorcycles.
- Willingness to be placed in any PT BFI Finance branch nationwide, with an initial assignment in Surabaya.
