Responsibilities
- Oversee all outlet operations, ensuring that daily activities align with established SOPs, health‑and‑safety standards, and brand guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming environment that reflects Golqi’s commitment to hygiene and customer comfort.
- Monitor product quality from preparation to service, guaranteeing that every dish meets the taste and presentation standards expected by our patrons.
- Lead, coach, and evaluate the performance of crew members, providing constructive feedback and identifying opportunities for development.
- Analyze sales data, forecast demand, and implement strategies to meet or exceed the outlet’s revenue goals.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback with professionalism, turning potential issues into opportunities for loyalty building.
- Coordinate inventory control, waste reduction, and cost‑management initiatives to optimize profitability.
- Schedule staff shifts, manage attendance, and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Collaborate with regional managers on marketing promotions, new product launches, and community outreach events.
- Maintain accurate daily reports, including sales, labor, and operational metrics, and present insights to senior management.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Age: 20 – 26 years old; all genders are welcome.
- At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or coordinator role within the food‑service industry, preferably in a quick‑service or fast‑casual setting.
- Proven leadership abilities with a track record of motivating teams and driving results.
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills; capable of handling unexpected situations calmly and efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with both customers and staff.
- Ownership of a personal vehicle and a valid SIM C driving license.
- Demonstrated reliability, honesty, discipline, and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Flexible to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 16:00.
- Passion for food and beverage service, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
