Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow from opening to closing.
- Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally, turning challenges into opportunities for loyalty building.
- Monitor customer data entry processes, verify accuracy, and coach team members on best practices for data integrity.
- Assist shoppers in locating products, providing detailed product knowledge, and recommending complementary items to increase basket size.
- Take full accountability for cash flow, including cash‑in, cash‑out, and end‑of‑day reconciliation; step in as a cashier during peak periods.
- Supervise promotional activities, visual merchandising, and product displays to align with corporate marketing strategies.
- Maintain optimal stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks, and ensure product quality meets Bolde’s standards.
- Enforce store security protocols and maintain a clean, safe shopping environment for customers and staff.
- Develop weekly work schedules, manage shift rotations, and ensure adequate staffing coverage, especially on weekends.
- Analyze sales reports, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to meet or exceed performance targets.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a store leadership or supervisory role within the retail sector.
- Proven leadership abilities with a track record of building, motivating, and developing high‑performing teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills; capable of delivering outstanding customer service and resolving conflicts.
- Willingness to work a rotating shift schedule, including Tuesdays through Sundays (08:00‑17:00).
- Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and non‑cash transaction processing.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to plan, forecast, and make data‑driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus.
