Introduction

The Sales Lapangan Layanan Internet WiFi position is a dynamic, field‑based sales role focused on expanding the reach of our high‑speed Wi‑Fi internet services. As a door‑to‑door representative, you will be the face of the company, engaging directly with residential and small‑business customers, presenting tailored connectivity solutions, and driving subscription growth across the assigned territory. This role offers a blend of independent field work and collaborative team support, ideal for motivated individuals who thrive on target‑oriented environments and enjoy building lasting customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct door‑to‑door visits in the designated area to prospect new residential and commercial customers.
  • Present and demonstrate the features, benefits, and pricing of our Wi‑Fi internet packages, customizing proposals to meet each client’s needs.
  • Generate qualified leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into active subscribers.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets while maintaining accurate records of sales activities.
  • Develop and implement localized marketing strategies, such as flyer distribution, community events, and referral programs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and prompt resolution of service issues.
  • Maintain a daily log of visits, customer feedback, and market insights to inform future sales tactics.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, product briefings, and performance reviews.
  • Uphold the company’s brand image by delivering professional, courteous, and responsible service at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (Package C candidates are welcome).
  • Age range: 18‑40 years old; all genders are encouraged to apply.
  • Own a motorbike and hold a valid driver’s license; ability to travel independently across the sales territory.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Basic computer literacy for using CRM tools, mobile applications, and reporting platforms.
  • Target‑driven mindset, high level of responsibility, and a proven ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Prior sales or customer‑service experience is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiastic newcomers are welcomed.
  • Ability to develop and execute localized marketing and sales strategies.
  • Flexibility to work a schedule of Tuesday to Sunday, 07:00 – 17:00, including occasional weekend outreach.
