Introduction
Accor, a global leader in hospitality, is seeking a dynamic Manager of Sales Strategic Operations to join our team. This pivotal role is responsible for driving revenue growth across our hotel portfolio, ensuring that every sales opportunity is maximized while delivering an exceptional guest experience. The position operates Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and welcomes candidates of all educational backgrounds, ages, and gender.
Responsibilities
- Optimize and maximize hotel revenue by developing and executing strategic sales plans that align with the annual budget.
- Identify and implement up‑selling and cross‑selling opportunities across all hotel facilities, including rooms, food & beverage, events, and ancillary services.
- Maintain full ownership of assigned accounts, handling contract negotiations, profile updates, and timely renewals.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive positioning, and new business prospects.
- Collaborate closely with the Revenue Management, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure cohesive execution of sales initiatives.
- Prepare regular performance reports, forecast sales pipelines, and present insights to senior leadership.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a small sales support team, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with Accor’s brand standards, pricing policies, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) guidelines.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to strengthen relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and tour operators.
- Drive the adoption of digital sales tools and CRM systems to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
Requirements
- Education: Open to all educational levels; a degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is advantageous.
- Experience: Prior experience in hotel sales, strategic operations, or a similar role is preferred, though entry‑level candidates with strong potential are welcome.
- Skills: Proven ability to develop sales strategies, strong analytical mindset, and excellent negotiation capabilities.
- Soft Skills: Highly organized, proactive, and initiative‑driven with a positive “conquest” attitude.
- Leadership: Demonstrated teamwork and leadership qualities, able to inspire and guide colleagues toward shared goals.
- Communication: Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English; strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical: Comfortable using CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and data visualization tools.
