Introduction

We are seeking an energetic and detail‑oriented Kepala Toko dan Pengelolaan Operasional Penjualan to lead our retail outlet and ensure seamless daily operations. This role is perfect for a fresh graduate or early‑career professional who is eager to grow within the retail industry, demonstrate strong communication skills, and drive sales performance while maintaining a disciplined, honest, and collaborative workplace culture.

The successful candidate will manage store staff, oversee inventory, coordinate visual merchandising, and implement operational policies that enhance customer satisfaction and profitability. Working Monday through Saturday from 08:00 to 17:00, you will become the pivotal link between the corporate headquarters and the front‑line team, guaranteeing that the store runs efficiently and meets its financial targets.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security protocols.
  • Lead, coach, and schedule a team of sales associates, ensuring high levels of motivation, performance, and adherence to company standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal product availability.
  • Develop and execute visual merchandising plans that align with brand guidelines and seasonal promotions.
  • Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement action plans to achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly, turning challenges into opportunities for improved service.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of sales reports, expense records, and operational KPIs for review by senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations, conducting regular store inspections.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to organize in‑store events, loyalty programs, and promotional campaigns.
  • Continuously seek process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Requirements

  • Maximum age of 35 years.
  • Gender: Female (per company policy).
  • Education: Open to all educational levels; a degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Fresh graduate status is acceptable; however, prior experience in retail or store management is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
  • Highly disciplined, honest, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment and to lead by example.
  • Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Flexibility to work six days a week (Monday‑Saturday) and adapt to occasional extended hours during peak seasons.
