Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Crew Cleaning Services Specialist to join our dynamic facilities team. This role is essential in maintaining a pristine, safe, and welcoming environment for our staff and visitors. Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning of office spaces, conference rooms, restrooms, and common areas to the highest standards of hygiene.
- Empty trash receptacles, replace liners, and ensure proper waste segregation in accordance with local regulations.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, soap, and cleaning agents, and report inventory needs to the supervisor.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment (vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbers, polishers) safely and efficiently.
- Conduct periodic deep‑cleaning tasks, including carpet extraction, window washing, and floor polishing.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues (leaks, broken fixtures, safety hazards) to the facilities manager promptly.
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and chemical handling procedures.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow during peak periods and special events.
- Maintain accurate logs of cleaning activities and submit daily reports as required.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to client requests and addressing concerns with a friendly, professional attitude.
Requirements
- Male candidates aged between 23 and 40 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in an Office Boy, Janitorial, or Cleaning Service role.
- Demonstrated reliability, diligence, and the ability to work independently.
- Strong discipline, quick responsiveness, and a keen eye for detail.
- Honesty, accountability, and a high level of personal responsibility.
- Effective verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderate loads.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
