Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Manajer Food & Beverage (FBM) to lead our food and beverage operations in the beautiful coastal town of Anyer, Serang. This full‑time position offers a structured work week from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, and provides the ideal platform for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, values meticulous service standards, and enjoys mentoring a diverse team.

The successful candidate will report directly to the General Manager and will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience while maintaining profitability, compliance, and operational efficiency across all food and beverage outlets.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of restaurants, bars, room service, and catering functions, ensuring service quality aligns with brand standards.
  • Develop and implement seasonal menus, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns that drive revenue and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory control, procurement, and vendor relationships to optimize cost‑of‑goods while maintaining product freshness and safety.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including profit & loss statements, budget variance, and cost‑control metrics; take corrective actions when needed.
  • Lead, coach, and schedule a multidisciplinary team of chefs, supervisors, servers, and support staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and local taxation regulations; conduct regular audits and staff training.
  • Utilize the VHP System and Microsoft Office suite to monitor sales data, labor productivity, and guest feedback.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing department to create event packages, banquets, and special occasions that enhance the property’s reputation.
  • Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally, turning challenges into opportunities for loyalty building.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a closely related field (minimum S1).
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in a Food & Beverage managerial role within a hotel or resort setting.
  • Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with the VHP System or similar property management software.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership abilities; capable of motivating a team and managing cross‑functional relationships.
  • Detail‑oriented, positive attitude, outgoing personality, and a high level of personal motivation.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
  • Willingness to be based in Anyer, Serang, with occasional travel for training or corporate events.
