Introduction

Adira Multi Finance, a leading provider of consumer financing solutions across Indonesia, is seeking a dedicated Officer Remedial (Collection) for its Gorontalo branch. This role is critical to maintaining the health of the company’s loan portfolio by ensuring timely collection of overdue receivables (A/R Overdue). The successful candidate will join a dynamic team, work directly with borrowers, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet strict collection targets while upholding the highest standards of integrity and customer service. The position is based at the Adira branch that corresponds to the candidate’s domicile, with a standard work week from Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑16:00.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end‑to‑end collection process for overdue accounts, ensuring all actions are completed within defined timelines.
  • Conduct outbound calls, send reminder letters, and arrange face‑to‑face meetings with delinquent borrowers to negotiate repayment plans.
  • Analyze credit data and payment history to identify risk patterns and recommend preventive measures to the credit underwriting team.
  • Coordinate with the legal department for escalated cases, preparing documentation for potential legal actions or repossession procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the collection management system, documenting every interaction and payment agreement.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports that track collection rates, aging of receivables, and compliance with internal policies.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer service, and finance teams to ensure a seamless handover of accounts and consistent communication with borrowers.
  • Participate in regular training sessions on regulatory updates, negotiation techniques, and emerging fintech tools that enhance collection efficiency.
  • Promote a customer‑centric approach by offering flexible repayment solutions while safeguarding the company’s financial interests.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum D3/D4 (or S1) in any discipline; candidates with a background in finance, economics, or business administration are preferred.
  • Age: Maximum 29 years at the time of application.
  • Gender: Male candidates only.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in collections, credit monitoring, or related financial services. Fresh graduates with strong internship exposure are also welcome.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with credit assessment, debt recovery processes, and basic proficiency in MS Office and collection software.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, strong negotiation tactics, high integrity, perseverance, meticulous attention to detail, and honesty.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of multifinance business models, regulatory environment, and target‑driven performance metrics.
  • Location: Willingness to be placed at the Adira branch that matches the candidate’s domicile.
