Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our dynamic team as Karyawan Penjual Kaki Lima (Street Vendor Sales Associates) in the vibrant city of Payakumbuh. As a key member of our street‑level sales force, you will represent the brand, manage product displays, and ensure an outstanding shopping experience for a diverse clientele.
Responsibilities
- Set up, maintain, and replenish product displays at designated street‑level kiosks from 15:00 to 22:30.
- Engage customers with friendly greetings, explain product features, and provide personalized recommendations.
- Process cash and electronic transactions accurately, issue receipts, and balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift.
- Monitor inventory levels, report low stock, and coordinate with the central warehouse for timely replenishment.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at the vending site, including proper waste disposal and adherence to local health regulations.
- Collect customer feedback, identify sales trends, and communicate insights to the management team for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets while fostering a supportive work atmosphere.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, local licensing requirements, and municipal ordinances governing street commerce.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Male candidates up to 28 years old; all other genders are also welcome.
- Residence: Must be domiciled in Payakumbuh to ensure reliable attendance and local market knowledge.
- Experience: No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Availability: Able to work the designated shift from 15:00 to 22:30, Monday through Saturday.
- Commitment: Not currently employed elsewhere or enrolled in a full‑time educational program.
- Personal Attributes: Honest, cooperative, and willing to work as part of a team; strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
- Technical Skills: Basic familiarity with a store management system (Sistem Manajemen Toko) is a plus.
