Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Manajer Front Office (FOM) to join our hospitality team in the beautiful coastal area of Anyer, Serang. This full‑time position operates from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, offering a vibrant work environment where professionalism meets the relaxed spirit of a beachside resort. The successful candidate will oversee all front‑office activities, ensuring guests receive seamless, personalized service from check‑in to check‑out.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of receptionists, concierges, and night‑audit staff to achieve service excellence.
- Manage daily front‑office operations, including reservations, guest registration, billing, and handling of cash and credit transactions.
- Maintain accurate room inventory, coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to guarantee room readiness.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, tax regulations, and internal controls.
- Utilize the VHP System and Microsoft Office suite to generate performance dashboards, occupancy forecasts, and revenue analyses.
- Resolve guest complaints and special requests promptly, turning challenges into opportunities for loyalty building.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and food & beverage departments to coordinate special events, group bookings, and promotional packages.
- Conduct regular staff training sessions on communication, upselling techniques, and cultural sensitivity.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security protocols throughout the front‑office area.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field (minimum S1).
- At least 2 years of proven experience in a front‑office managerial role within a hotel or resort setting.
- Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of accounting, financial reporting, and taxation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with the VHP property‑management system.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Outstanding organizational, leadership, and team‑building capabilities.
- Detail‑oriented, positive attitude, outgoing personality, hardworking, and highly motivated.
- Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and thrive under pressure.
- Willingness to relocate and be based in Anyer, Serang.
