Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Manajer Operasional Apotek dan Pelayanan Farmasi to lead our pharmacy operations at a modern health‑care facility located in Gading Serpong, Tangerang. This pivotal role combines strategic oversight with day‑to‑day management to ensure that our pharmacy delivers safe, compliant, and high‑quality pharmaceutical services to patients and healthcare professionals alike. The successful candidate will be a licensed pharmacist with strong leadership abilities, a keen understanding of Indonesian pharmacy regulations, and a passion for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all operational aspects of the pharmacy, including inventory control, medication dispensing, and patient counseling.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) that comply with the National Agency of Drug and Food Control (BPOM) regulations and local health authority guidelines.
- Manage a multidisciplinary team of pharmacists, technicians, and support staff, providing coaching, performance evaluations, and professional development opportunities.
- Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and other clinical departments to ensure seamless medication therapy management and optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as prescription turnaround time, stock turnover, and patient satisfaction, implementing corrective actions when needed.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of controlled substances, ensuring compliance with STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) and SIPA (Sistem Informasi Pharmasi).
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost‑containment initiatives, negotiating with suppliers to secure favorable terms while preserving product quality.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential safety hazards, ensuring a clean and organized pharmacy environment.
- Stay informed about emerging pharmaceutical trends, new drug therapies, and regulatory changes, incorporating best practices into daily operations.
- Represent the pharmacy in internal committees and external meetings, promoting the organization’s commitment to excellence in pharmaceutical care.
Requirements
- Minimum S1 degree in Pharmacy (Profesi Apoteker) from an accredited university.
- Active STR (Pharmacist Registration Certificate) and SIPA registration.
- At least 2 years of hands‑on experience managing a retail or hospital pharmacy, with a proven track record of operational success.
- In‑depth knowledge of Indonesian pharmacy laws, drug handling regulations, and Good Pharmacy Practice (GPP) standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with patients, clinicians, and suppliers.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make evidence‑based decisions.
- Leadership qualities, including conflict resolution, team motivation, and strategic planning.
- Willingness to be based full‑time in Gading Serpong, Tangerang, with a flexible schedule that includes Monday‑Saturday shifts (08:00‑17:00).
