Responsibilities

- Oversee daily restaurant and kitchen activities, ensuring service excellence, food safety, and consistent product quality.
- Lead cross‑functional teams—including kitchen staff, floor managers, and supply‑chain partners—to achieve seamless workflow and optimal resource allocation.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as labor cost, food cost, table turnover, and guest satisfaction; develop action plans to improve under‑performing areas.
- Drive cost‑control initiatives, negotiate with vendors, and manage inventory to minimize waste while maintaining menu integrity.
- Coordinate new store openings, menu launches, and promotional campaigns, ensuring operational readiness and brand compliance.
- Mentor and coach junior managers, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and high morale.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations; conduct regular audits and corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing and finance departments to forecast demand, set pricing strategies, and assess profitability.
- Act as a problem‑solver under pressure, handling guest complaints, staffing shortages, or supply disruptions with calm professionalism.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Age limit: 25 years or younger, with a strong desire to build a long‑term career in operations management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of honesty, integrity, and discipline.
- Professional appearance and strong personal presentation, reflecting the brand’s image.
- Proficiency in food and beverage management software and MS Office suite; analytical mindset is a plus.
- Prior experience in F&B operations, even if limited, is advantageous but not mandatory.
