Introduction
Home Credit Indonesia is seeking energetic and customer‑focused individuals to join our Crew Retail – Toko Area Indramayu team. As a frontline ambassador, you will represent Home Credit’s payment and financing solutions across partner outlets in both street‑level locations and shopping malls. Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell Home Credit payment products to customers visiting partner retail outlets.
- Demonstrate product features, eligibility criteria, and repayment options, guiding customers through the application and payment process.
- Utilize personal Android smartphone to capture leads, record transactions, and update real‑time sales data in Home Credit’s CRM system.
- Engage with potential borrowers on social media platforms, creating compelling content that highlights financing benefits and drives traffic to partner stores.
- Provide courteous, knowledgeable assistance to customers, ensuring a smooth and trustworthy payment experience.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the brand image of Home Credit and the host outlet.
- Collaborate with outlet managers and Home Credit field supervisors to meet weekly sales targets and address any operational challenges.
- Participate in regular training sessions, product briefings, and performance reviews to continuously improve sales techniques.
- Adhere to the scheduled work hours: Tuesday to Sunday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM, and be flexible to occasional weekend or holiday coverage as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA), SMK, or equivalent; candidates with relevant work experience are highly preferred.
- Age: up to 40 years old.
- Gender: open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to articulate product benefits clearly and persuasively.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and a genuine enthusiasm for tackling challenges.
- Well‑groomed appearance with a focus on professionalism.
- Ownership of an Android smartphone for on‑the‑job digital activities.
- Willingness to be stationed at Home Credit’s partner outlets in the Indramayu area, whether in street‑level shops or mall environments.
- Basic digital literacy, especially familiarity with social media marketing tools and mobile applications.
